Shipping policy


• Please allow 1-2 business days for processing & payment verification. However, we do our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days.

UPS delivery take 3-5 business days.

• Orders placed on the weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

• Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with a tracking number. If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly or you’d like to amend the information, please contact Customer Care immediately via email. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
UPS Mail: $9.98-$15 (3-5 business days)
UPS Expedited Mail: $45 (1-2 business days)

All International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FEDEX.

Can you cancel/ edit your order?

We know you want your PV order fast so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel your order or edit your order.  This can include but is not limited to: 

  • Adding/Removal of Items

  • Change in Color/Size of Items

  • Adding/Removal of a Discount Code

  • Billing or Shipping Address Update

  • Order Cancellation Request

  • Shipping Method Change



Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service at

If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.


Pretty Vixen Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, Pretty Vixen Boutique will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
